RED WHITE ice or ice Merah Delima

RED WHITE ice or ice Merah Delima was reportedly originally from Thailand. When eaten it creespy-cut because there krenyes Bengkuang. An attractive appearance, with red Pomegranate fruit seeds such as stone or ruby makes this ice is very tempting to be enjoyed during a hot day...

Prescription ES RED DELIMA

Material:
400 gr Bengkuang or water chestnuts
500 cc of water to soak
enough red dye
200 gr sago flour

Pandan syrup:

500 gr sugar
500 cc of water
1 lbr daun pandan

250 cc coconut milk salt
1 lbr daun pandan

How to make:

Cut into pieces the size of dice Bengkuang but kecil2.
And soak 1 hour in water and give red coloring to taste.
Drain Bengkuang.

Enter sago flour into a plastic bag big enough, then enter the discount Bengkuang a little as he shuffled to the flour evenly throughout the surface.
Do it until the pieces Bengkuang out.

Boil water until boiling, then put 1 handful of pieces that have been tersalut Bengkuang flour. Leave to float and lift / filter with a ladle and bolong2 directly put into cold water.

Pandan syrup:

Serving:

Note:

If you do not like coconut milk, can be replaced with sweetened condensed milk.
