Beef Teriyaki

Beef TeriyakiMaterial:

300 grams of meat, thinly sliced or sauteed meat
Bh 1 onion, thinly sliced
½ tbsp sesame oil
150 ml of water
1 tsp sugar
¼ teaspoon salt


2 cm ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon salt


75 g cabbage, thinly sliced
50 g carrots, cut matches
100 gr mayonnaise, ready for use
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp sugar
¼ teaspoon salt


White Rice

How to Make:

1. Stir the meat and marinade, let stand 1 hour.
2. Saute onions in sesame oil until fragrant, add the meat and spices perendamnya. Stir until the color changes.
